Terms of Use
Last updated 21 July 2026.
These terms cover how you use the UXHaven website and how a Game UI Audit or redesign sprint is booked and run. Using this site means you're comfortable with what's below. If something here doesn't work for your studio, tell us before you book and we'll talk it through.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse the site, read the pages, and use the booking form for genuine enquiries. Please don't try to break, scrape, overload or misuse it, and don't submit someone else's details as your own. The text, layout and images here belong to UXHaven; you may reference us, but not repackage our pages as your own.
Booking an audit
The booking form is a request, not a contract. When you send it, we reply to confirm scope, price and timeline. Work begins only once both sides agree those in writing and we've signed any NDA. The prices shown on the site are our standard rates in Polish złoty; larger or unusual projects are quoted after a short scoping call.
What we deliver, and what we don't
A Game UI Audit delivers a written report, annotated screens and prioritized redesign directions. It's expert analysis and advice — we can't promise specific commercial outcomes such as sales, reviews or retention numbers, because those depend on your whole game, not the interface alone. A redesign sprint delivers the designs we've agreed; implementation in your engine remains your team's responsibility unless we've scoped that in.
Your responsibilities
To do good work we need honest access to a build or recording and timely answers to our questions. Delays on materials move the timeline. You confirm you have the right to share whatever you send us and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
Liability and changes
We stand behind the quality of our work, but to the extent the law allows, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. We may update these terms as the studio evolves; the version at this address, with the date above, is the one that applies. Questions go to [email protected].
