Privacy Policy

UXHaven keeps this short and honest. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or book a Game UI Audit, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, an optional studio or role, the plan you selected, and anything you write in the message field. We don't ask for payment details on the site — invoicing happens separately once we've agreed scope. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Why we hold it
We use your details for one purpose: to reply about your audit and run the work you asked for. That means answering your enquiry, scheduling the review, sending you the report, and staying in touch about your project. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are cleared out within about a year. For projects we take on, we keep the records needed for the engagement and our accounting obligations, then remove what we no longer need. Any build, recording or screens you share are handled under whatever NDA we've signed and deleted from our working drives when the project closes.
Who sees it
Your information stays with the UXHaven team and the tools we use to run the studio — email, a form-to-file store on our server, and standard office software. We only share details with a third party where the law requires it. We never hand your project materials to anyone outside the agreed engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we'll act on it promptly. If we ever update this policy, the date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this address.
